Steps:
Complete the initial application for referral of services. This is a screening function the Department uses to qualify persons as "serious about employment"
We (Goal Employment Services "GES") follows up with you and the Vocational Rehab Counselor to qualify you for services. This will probably include a psychological evaluation (at no cost to you) to determine your physical, mental and emotional abilities and limitations that may require training and/or other supportive services.
Upon an eligibility determination, GES will assist in the development of your Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) including your employment goal, the VR services you will receive, and the effort/contribution you will need to provide
